Weather you are just relaxing by the pool or prepare barbecue for the large family or a group of friends. Villa Gatsby is perfectly south faced settled, with early morning and late evening sun. The pool is elevated behind the house giving it a further calm. As the house sits in a secure gated community ”La Peryiere” there is little or no traffic outside the house. Although the house is completely newly renovated the garden is older and beautiful with its pine, olive, lemon, palm and orange trees.

All around the area you have glass leaving a nice ambiance and from any place an easy access to the balcony or the patio.

Two of them have a walk in closet and three of them direct access to the front patio for your morning coffee in the sun. Each room has its own AC/Heater and all of them can be closed off for perfect darkness and tranquility. Two 180 and two 160 beds.
